The website was created using ColdFusion 5 server side running on iis6 inside windows server 2003, and mssql 2000 for the DB even to this day.. When i asked him why he didn't use functions his response was "What is functions?" tl;dr fixing up horridly coded ancient website where the creator is a supposedly professional programmer, and didn't know what a function was.
