Pretty much... I really dislike this attitude. I think it stems from the fact that devs generally don't want to write documentation. You then have way less tech-savvy tech writers who have to write docs themselves and the end result is generally a pretty lack-luster documentation that covers the most basic use-cases into the greatest detail and ends with "for production environment, don't forget to properly set load balancers and a dedicated Elastic Search server configured for your instance".
Thanks, I really needed help only in where to click to add a user... Don't worry about that later stuff, docs, I'll figure that out myself... /s
