I'm surprised by what actually annoys me about this. It's not the complete lack of understanding what hardware is or the presumptuous claim of professionalism, or the mention of html in that context. What really annoys me is that he apparently expects that someone can just "tell him" how to make an app. Like how you can just tell someone how to fold a paper plane. "Just do this and that and you're done, ezpz." So triggering.
